Leonardo Costa

Director of the Faculty of Communication at the Federal University of Bahia (2021–2025 term). Associate Professor at Facom (UFBA), where he also serves as a permanent faculty member in the Graduate Program in Communication and Contemporary Culture (Póscom) and the Multidisciplinary Graduate Program in Culture and Society (Pós-Cultura). Coordinates with Professor Renata Rocha, the Laboratory for Studies in Cultural Policy and Cultural Economics (LAB-Cultura). Member of the Multidisciplinary Center for Studies in Culture (CULT/UFBA), the Network of Cultural Policy Researchers (REDEPCULT), the Creative Economy Observatory (OBEC-BA), and the UNESCO Chair in Cultural Policies and Management. Editor-in-Chief of the journal Políticas Culturais em Revista.
