Mokgadi Matuludi

Mokgadi Matuludi is a researcher at Trade and Industrial Policy Strategies (TIPS), specialising in Public Employment Programmes, with a focus on the Presidential Employment Stimulus (PES). She has successfully managed three PES cycles at the National Arts Council. Her work centres on developing and managing evidence-based strategies and initiatives that support employment creation. Mokgadi holds a Master’s degree in Research Psychology and has extensive experience in programme management. She has co-authored more than eight research publications across the public and development sectors. Her deep interest in the arts sector stems from its constant innovation and creativity, which continue to inspire her.
