Mphikeleli Mnguni

Dr. Mphikeleli Mnguni holds a PhD and is a researcher and policy practitioner with extensive experience in the cultural and creative sectors. He previously served as a Research Manager for the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture (DSAC) and as a Project Manager for the South African Cultural Observatory (SACO). His work focuses on the intersections of land, the Constitution, and public policy, with a particular interest in public participation, cultural and creative industries, Black Consciousness philosophy, and epistemic justice. Dr. Mnguni is deeply committed to advancing inclusive and transformative approaches to policy development and cultural research in South Africa.
