Stephen Hollis is a partner at Adams & Adams, specializing in intellectual property (IP) law, with a focus on copyright, trade mark and entertainment law. As a Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL), and a member of its Copyright, International Treaties and Traditional Knowledge Committees, Stephen has authored numerous submissions and made oral representations to Parliament on draft IP legislation. He actively advises local and international clients on IP protection and IP policy matters and has travelled extensively throughout Africa to engage with government officials on IP legislative reform projects.
