Vuyokazi Bongela

Vuyokazi Bongela  is currently the Director: Madibaz Sport at Nelson Mandela University. She has served in the Higher Education sector for fifteen years in various roles. She has held various leadership roles and project managed the renaming of Nelson Mandela University, and branding of the Ocean Sciences Campus, to name a few.  She currently serves in the University Sport South Africa (USSA) National Executive Committee and recently been selected to serve at SAFCOC commission in Brand, Marketing, Commercialisation and Communications (BMCC). She is also a life coach, starting difficult conversations that reflect on the self is her favorite pastime. A fitness enthusiast with a background in endurance sport such as ultra marathons and triathlons.  To reset, ground and calibrate, you will find her taking advantage of nature’s healing , either swimming, cycling, or running.
