Youssef Soubai
Youssef Soubai, is an Adjunct teacher of arts marketing and culture resource mobilization at the university of Ibn Tofail – Kenitra - Morocco and a Ph.D. student in cultural policies at the university of Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah - Fez. He received a grant from “Wijhat” international mobility program by Almawred Althaqafy in Lebanon to participate in the International Conference on Cultural Policy Research in Antwerp (2022). Also, he received a scholarship to conduct a study about the Employability of female artists in the south-east of Morocco from Jacques-Berque center for humanities and social sciences (2022), and he won a grant from the Arab Council for Social Sciences in Lebanon in 2019 to do his study about youth and cultural equity.
In addition, he received a grant from the Arab Fund for Culture and the Arts in Lebanon to participate in “The Atelier for Young Festival Managers Düsseldorf-Theater der Welt 2021” in Germany 2021. He currently works in the regional council of Daraa Tafilalt – the department of culture and sports in Errachidia and he is the vice president of the international festival of storytelling and popular arts in Zagora.
He is the program coordinator of “Youth Forum 4 Cultural Policies” at Fadae Athina Association in Tinghir and he participated in several conferences and published scientific articles on virtual censorship, CCIs and cultural policies in the light of stakeholder analysis.
