Working in the arts and in business looks like working in different worlds or even opposite systems. But yet everyone lives and flips between these realities and their values several times a day - from reading the book to doing business at work. Is it a challenge? Maybe?! but for me, it is more an inspiration to learn from these worlds, transfer methods, ideas, innovations, combine forces and opportunities. My focus is on the creation of value through building partnerships and facilitating change by investing in the strengths of individuals within organisations that share these values. This is achieved through strategic, innovative business approaches to help my clients realise their strategic goals. Informed by research and evidence through robust monitoring, evaluation and learning methods. I bring a wealth of experience in creating value through collaborative partnerships, organisational development & capability development workflows for businesses at various stages of development: as an interim leader for over two decades, and as an entrepreneur.
