Joke Quintens

Joke holds a master’s degree in history and is a field expert in participatory policies. As the former Deputy Mayor of the City of Genk (Belgium), she worked on transitions at city level in the areas of participation. For more than 20 years she’s has been working on co-creation building a strong reputation in “making a city together” where everyone; citizens, activists, entrepreneurs, artists, scientists, politicians and civil servants participate.
