Elevating Animation Workshop: How do we do it, together?

The video aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Disseminating information and research findings on SA Cultural Observatory papers: “Gaming in South Africa: Producers and Consumers”; and “South Africa’s Animation Industry: Ecosystem Analysis.”
• Providing the platform for a panel discussion on Animation in South Africa under the title “Elevating the industry – how to do it, together”.
• Gathering information, insights and ideas about and from the industry and defining a way forward for “elevation”, especially in the context of technological change in the context of animation, gaming and VFX.
• Collaborating with industry stakeholders and spreading information about the SACO in general and our specific industry work.
