Raymond Ndhlovu
Raymond is a PhD candidate in Cultural Economics (or the economics of arts and culture) at Rhodes University. He completed his Masters, also in Cultural Economics in 2017, where his research focus was on developing regional cultural policy. Together with his supervisor, Prof Jen Snowball, he has worked on several publications. He is also a Research Intern at the Cultural Observatory, as well as a Music teacher at the Diocesan School for Girls (DSG) and St Andrews College in Grahamstown.
